We, Ashtavinayak Dot Com - A Company who organises tour to Ashtavinayak Temples from Mumbai and Pune. Our Packages include travel by Ac or NonAc Vehicles alongwith Stay and Food. Following terms and conditions would be applicable to all passengers who book their Ashtavinayak packages through us.
At the time of the booking every passenger will have to pay 100% amount or 50% as advance.
Cancellation charges of 15% applicable on total trip amount if booking cancelled before 48 hrs of the trip date or same booking can be postponed for next scheduled trip date but not later than 3 months of the trip date. No refund of amount paid if the trip is not availed in said period of 3 months after cancelled trip date.
No refund of the amount paid if booking cancelled by customer in last 48 hrs of trip date.
Sightseeing and Traveling by 2×2 Luxury Coach (in case there are less tourists, then the sightseeing and traveling would be arranged by Car, Tempo Traveller or Minibus). Accomodation provided would be as per the itinerary shared for the tour ie. twin sharing basis or common sharing basis, meal (breakfast, lunch, Dinner)
There are preset menus for meal provided on tour. We however reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the tour participant missing any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed.
The organizer or tour manager has sole authority to make changes in the program or itinerary planned for the trip.
In most Hotels extra Bed provided constitutes the mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow.
Our Company reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel any of the tour advertised in the brochure/website/google ads/social media, without assigning any reason. whatsoever. Under circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable.
Our Company reserves the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group.
There can be increase in the tour cost in case of hike in diesel or petrol. Any increase in tour cost shall be initimated to the passengers well in advance atleast 3-4 days prior to the tour date.
It is understood that tour participants traveling with Ashtavinayak Dot Com or its Travel partners have read and accepted the above terms.
